Oh wow, this was so good. I've never made cheesecake before and it wasn't for company, so I went the easy route and bought a premade pie crust and halved the recipe, turned out to be the perfect amount of filling. Because I had less ingredients I baked at 300 for 40 minutes and turned off the oven and let it sit for about an hour before refrigerating overnight. No cracks or anything!
Amazing! Dense but not too dense, creamy, melt in your mouth, perfect cheesecake, thank you so much! Can't wait to try variations of this with different toppings, etc.
