Candied Spiced Mixed Nuts

I hate being the first to try a recipe! I made this twice. Thinking I made it wrong the first time. Well I didn't! The mixture didn't stick to the nuts. It was like eating nuts with little bits of the mixture around. I will not make this again. If someone else tries it... I wish you luck!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

very yummy! I put in lots of veggies and also subed the beef broth for the water. I also used lipton savory herb with garlic soup and dip mix for the onion soup mix. Very good!!

Tofu 'Fish' Fillet Sandwiches

Didn't cook good! The bread crumbs fell off while cooking. I ended up mashing it all togeather (like eggs) then putting it on bread. My hubby liked it like that!

Cheesy Tuna Noodle Casserole

Very good! I used a can of broccoli cheese soup, about a cup of sour cream, and a hand full of cheese with the mix. Then when after I put everything in the pan I filled it with milk! Very moist and yummy!

Animal Crackers

Very easy to make and fun to do with the kids! My 6 year old did all the mixing and rolling while the 2 year old loved to help color and cut the dough. We used playdoh cutters to cut the dough. I also added a teaspoon of vanilla to help with the flavor, and added about 1/4 cup more flour. They still didn't have all that much taste but the girls had fun making them. I also made them thicker. So I had the oven at 350 and cooked for about 8-10 min. otherwise the bottoms were burned and the top wasn't cooked. Thanks for the great recipe!
