Chicken Tortilla Soup V

I did the crockpot method- I put 2 frozen chicken breasts and I did not use oil. Since I was putting this in the crockpot I used half the called for chili powder and cumin. I did not have frozen corn, I used a can of black beans. I also added more chicken broth and salsa. I cooked on low 7 hours and the chicken shredded with a fork before serving. It was very good for a cold day!!!

Elegant Beef Stroganoff

I decided to marinate the beef for 2 hours as well and this recipe was delicious! The beef was so tender my son asked for seconds. Great meal.

Slow Cooker Chicken Tetrazzini

Followed this exactly but I had only frozen chicken breasts so cooked for 5.5 hours on low then an hour after the sauce added. Roasted some broccoli and mushrooms in oven and added to the recipe and served over bow tie noodles. My son asked if we can have this every Sunday!

Beef Stroganoff III

This was so good! I used top sirloin and yellow onions and garlic. I took the advice of the 1 tbs of Worcester sauce when adding the mustard and adding 1/3 cup of cream cheese with the sour cream. I did not have white wine, so I added Marsala and it was very good! Will do this one again soon.

Spinach, Caramelized Onion, and Muenster Au Gratin Potatoes

Great dish!!! I added mushrooms too with the potatoes took about 13 minutes longer to bake for potatoes to be cooked through, but very worth the wait!!
