Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2010
Nice chewy cookies (so far). Baked for 10 minutes and let sit for 2 minutes on pan. I didn't realize that I was out of Baking soda so, after doing some research, I subbed in 3 tsp of Baking Powder instead. I also addedd a two more shakes of salt and 2 shakes of cinnamon. Pretty yummy.

Baked Mac and Cheese for One

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2009
I used 5 TBSP of dry macaroni and could have used more, however it wouldn't had fit in my 1 cup baking dish. Very creamy. Would probably be just fine without the worcestershire sauce in case you don't have any, it just gives it another kick. I used 2 Ritz Crackers crushed up for the topping and then enough cheese to cover it. I'm pretty sure it was more than what was called for. To my taste buds its a 4, I personally prefer a little less creaminess, however for it being so dang easy and because I knew it was going to be creamy ahead of time, it gets the extra star.

Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
Made for the second time tonight with modifications that made it even better. I only had 1/2 cup of mustard and half a can of onions so I added 1/4 cup of honey to the mustard and sprinkled the onions on top. I also sliced up an onion and put it at the bottom of the dish to make sure the onion flavor was there. It turned out really really yummy and the 2 yo even ate it. I prefer the french fried onions only on the top because when you coat the chicken in it, they get soggy at the bottom and I don't like that texture.

Carrot Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
Wonderful cookies. After reading other reviews I made them large since they were so soft and didn't spread. I froze them and pulled them out a couple at a time to thaw for a nice snack for about 3 weeks and they were just as good. The icing makes it.

Oven Kalua Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2005
WOW!!!!! I cooked a 4 lb roast and then mixed it with cooked cabbage (1 head for half of the roast)it's wonderful. Tastes exactly like the places that serve it here in San Diego. I used the mesquite flavor of Liquid Smoke and plain Sea Salt.. (added an extra dash of both) and when shredding it, added 2 tablespoons of the juices for extra flavor. Thank you Ruby, it's wonderful!!

Very easy to make. I drained the turkey and onions before adding bouillon and other stuff. I also cut the paprika in half.
