Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Yum. My suggestion would be to use a blender and add just 6oz of cream cheese and half the celery salt. Blend it, refrigerate it and taste it again later to see if it needs the added cream cheese and celery salt. If so, you can just pop it back on the blender. I thought it was too salty as written, especially served with salted tortilla chips. Next time, I'll cut back on cream cheese and add a bit more sour cream.

Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken

Delicious! followed the suggestions of others and doubled the marinade, adding about 2 tbs brown sugar, 2 tbs lime juice and1 tsp of chili garlic sauce. Marinated skinless/boneless chicken thighs about 6 hrs then cooked on a disposable pan over medium heat on a gas grill for about 10 min., then grilled them for about 3 minutes.
