Spicy Bean Salsa
I tried this because of the 5 stars and the high number of reviews. I am in total agreement with the high ratings. I did replace the Italian dressing with olice oil and lime juice and added CUMIN. It needs to "sit" for at least a day, and Scoops hold the beans nicely!!!! GREAT

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf
EXCELLENT !!!!! I have prepared this meatloaf several times and the only way I could suggest to improve it is to make additional sauce.

Fresh Asparagus and Chicken Casserole
I enjoyed this dish very much and I will make it again. I did, however microwave the asparagas for a few minutes first. I will try replacing the sour cream with cream of chicken soup (fat free).
