A strange combination to think about however the kids LOVED it! I used colby/jack cheese with multi-grain bread and it really was good! We will be making this again, maybe not ever time we have grilled cheese but whenever we want that extra sweetness.

Coconut Cream Cake I

This was an exceptional cake (I try to keep from sneaking bites of the left overs in the fridge!) I didn't have coconut cream and just used the "milk" straight from a coconut and added a little coconut extract in the whipping cream and it was to die for! Not too sweet, very refreshing, a keeper for sure!

Baked Cream Cheese Appetizer

So easy and it is gone within minutes every time I make it! I like to experiment with tastes, I used garlic powder instead of dill and it was just as good. I think that this is such a versital recipe that you can do anything with it! Thanks!

Ham and Pineapple Dinner

Very good, my kids and husband loved it! Even my son who won't normally eat ham. We doubled the recipe so it took twice as long to stirfry and we left out the onion and used white vinigar and it was still really good, will be making again.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This is definately a keeper! I added the sugar to the top also, but it only gets 4 stars because it was REALLY watery when it was done. Not sure why as this has never happened before with my regular meatloaf. But will make again.

Peanut Butter Dreams

So good and incredibly delicious! I have a Kitchenaid so the mixing was easy, I didn't even have to wait for the butter to soften but I can see why it would be hard without one. A keeper for sure!

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

This is soooo good! Easy too, I used the "no boil" lasagna noodles and doubles the recipe for a 9x13 pan (we have a big family) and everyone was fighting for the last piece!

Divinity

Has a good flavor, but it took nearly 4 times as long to make. I contribute this to the area I live and the humidity. Also, don't try this without a kitchenaid or you will be mixing forever. Also, do it with the dryest weather possible. The cookbook I have said to cook the mixture to 260 instead, I am going to try that next time to see if it works better.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

This was very tasty and a huge hit with family and friends. The cream cheese did not want to melt and blend in the crock pot, so next time I am going to mix it with the soup in a kettle and heat it until it melts, then add it to the crock pot. Will make again.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I am always looking for good rice pudding recipes but have been leary with trying stovetop ones. I have to say this is the BEST recipe I have tried and very easy. I did add nutmeg and cinnamon to taste and you do have to stir fast for the full two minutes after adding the egg so it doesn't scramble.
