The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
Really good. Used one jalapeno and one can of mild green chilis to make a mild chili with a little kick. I used half the amount of soy crumbles and it was plenty. I omitted the bay leaves as I didn't have any and also added more salt & a bit more cumin. I might just use kidney and black beans next time as they are my favorites.

New Red Potato Salad
I love this potato salad recipe. I veganized it and friends didn't even know the difference. (i.e. use vegan subs. for mayo/dairy and skip eggs) I also use lemon juice and a little cider vinegar instead of the white vinegar and add some grey poupon and I think adding the mustard is what makes it. I also sprinkle some parsley and paprika over the top to make it pretty.

Yummy Vegan Pesto Classico
Delicious and easy. Really didn't taste any difference between this and regular pesto. I made it with fettuccini, sundried tomatoes, mixed mushrooms, artichokes and baked italian tofu and it was really good. Oh yeah also sprinkled some walnuts on top. Yummmy.
