Chili Rellenos Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2015
Really good recipe. I used a 9x9 pan, but did everything else as the directions stated. My family loved it and said it was worth making again.

Stir Fry Tomato and Eggs

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2014
I've heard of tomatoes and eggs before, but never tried it. My sister looked green when I told her I was going to add tomatoes to our eggs and green onions, and she told me I had to add real onions and cheese to them too before she'd eat them. From her own words, "best eggs ever!" I loved these too! I will be making them again for sure!

Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
This is so good! It's like eating a baked potato with all the fixings! I used low fat or non fat ingredients whenever possible. I only had imitation bacon bits. My sister and I are in heaven eating this!

Mom's Pretzels

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
Delicious! I followed this recipe to the letter. I enjoyed pretending to be a worker at a pretzel shop, twirling the dough out. My sister thought I was hilarious, and told me I might have a job at Wetzels Pretzels! The only trouble I had was with the baking soda bath. I allowed it to get too hot, so it boiled over and I went into a mini panic mode!!! After that I just let the baking soda water simmer instead. I was surprised how fluffy it made the pretzels. I decided to make these for my Super Bowl party and they were gone within the first two minutes of putting them out. It's a hit!!!!

Easy Dinner Hash

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2014
Yummy! I made this using lil smokies. I found that putting a cover on after adding the vegetables helped. The vegetables didn't seem to be getting hot at all until I did, and it also helped to melt the cheese too! I was so hungry after smelling it that I forgot to take a picture!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2013
I just made this for breakfast and it was so good! My family all loved it, there are no left overs! I only changed one thing, I replaced the 1/3 cup melted butter with 1/3 cup corn oil. I was able to make a full dozen. The topping is what really makes it! Excellent recipe.

Grilled Chicken and Herbs

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2013
This is so good! My family wanted something different than just store bought marinades. I'm glad I found this one....it's a keeper for sure! I did like another reviewer suggested and combined all the herbs together with the oil first, then poured it over the chicken. It worked well, and came out tasting really good!!!

Asian Pasta Salad with Beef, Broccoli and Bean Sprouts

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2013
Pretty tasty! I hate vinegar, so I omitted that and added orange juice. I used a frozen package of stir fry vegetables and a box of macaroni n cheese without the cheese ;) I'm the picky one in the family, and even I liked it!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2013
I've never made a sauce before so I probably did something wrong. It was disgusting! I don't know what happened, but mine turned more sour than sweet, even with extra honey. I think I'll stick to store bought sauce rather than trying to make my own ;)

Excellent Broccoli Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2013
Great for a cool day. This got rave reviews from my family. I reduced the servings to 4, and used a microwaveable package of frozen broccoli. I love cheese so I added an extra handful.

Awesome Egg Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2013
This is such a good recipe. I baked mine at 400 for 25 minutes (mine came out floury tasting because I neglected to see the wrappers needed to be brushed with oil before baking... hey this was my first time making anything like this!). I also used the coleslaw with carrots, and substituted chicken for shrimp. The filling tastes just like my favorite Chinese food place! My whole family loved these.

Sweet Herb Scramble

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2013
I did not have any tarragon, so I substituted it with fennel. I usually don't like eggs, but the herbs made them wonderful!
