Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese Pizza
I used this recipe EXACTLY, to every detail, and it came out beautifully. Perfect combination of flavors, just the right amount of pear and cheese and nut. It looked totally impressive when I served it, and it was so easy to prepare. LOVE IT! Thanks.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
Came out fantastic, great flavor and texture! Alterations: I had to use garlic powder (ran out of fresh garlic and didn't even realize it!), which I did saute with the lemon juice, parsley flakes, pepper, and butter before pouring it over the fillets (as per others' reviews). This is an inexpensive, wonderful, easy-to-use recipe. Love it!

Grilled Apple and Swiss Cheese Sandwich
What a great flavor combination! It's light and quick, a nice fresh twist on grilled cheese. I also experimented with making it in the toaster oven -- didn't need any oil that way, and it took just a few minutes on "toast" (450 degrees). Remember to slice the apples thin, though, or else they'll be a bit cool. Also, I used two slices of swiss cheese per sandwich, rather than shredded swiss.
