Dried Beef Ball
I couldn't find dried beef at the store by my house so I used 2 packages of buddig corned beef and added 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (POWDER not salt!) and it was really tasty. Make sure you leave the cream cheese out for a few hours and its really easy to mix. I'd recommend.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
Delicious dessert cheese ball! I used 1 cup powdered sugar as it wasn't "stiff" enough, and instead of the nuts rolled it in mini chocolate chips and toffee bits. I served it with regular graham crackers and chocolate teddy grahams as the store had no regular chocolate graham crackers. Easy to make and tasty!

Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
This came out really well with only 1 small substitution. I used mini choc. chips instead of regular ones. The regular ones seem to sink to the bottom of the pan and make the bread stick. I also greased and floured the pan so it would slide right out. I HATE when the bottom of the bread sticks! It was tasty and moist. I'd recommend it.
