I made this for breakfast this morning and it was delicious and so easy to make. I didn't add sugar because the fresh strawberries and banana added enough sweetness for me. Instead of using 1 cup of each item, I used 1/2 cup of each ingredient so the smoothie would fit in my cup. Will be making this again for sure.

Quick Chicken Marsala

I tried this recipe last night for dinner and it was so easy and so delicious. I used cream of mushroom with roasted garlic and a cooking white wine instead of what was listed because that was what I had on hand. Thanks, Susan for posting this recipe-I'll be putting this into my regular meal rotation!

Tasty Collard Greens

Hamburger Mac Skillet

I made this last night for dinner and it was delicious. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and used pasta sauce instead of tomato juice. I'll definately be making this again.

Easy Beef Stroganoff

I made this dish for dinner last night and was delicious. The only changes I made were using beef stew meat instead of ground beef and adding a few tablespoons of red wine into the meat and sauce mixture. Thanks for such an easy recipe. I'll definately be making this again.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

I cooked this last night. The only changes I made to the recipe was that I added a bag of frozen carrots and peas and I also layered with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. I turned out great; a simple dish that tastes great.

Grilled Corn on the Cob

I used this recipe for my cookout during the 4th of July weekend. The only changes I made was that I slightly melted the butter and added Zatarain's Creole Seasoning, minced garlic, seasoned salt and a hint of dried parsley, brushed butter onto the ears of corn and wrapped them in aluminum foil. Cooked them on the grill for about 30 minutes-and had some of most delicious grilled corn I'd ever prepared. Thank you, Sue. I'll be definately making this again.

Melt-in-your Mouth Shortbread Cookies

I used this recipe during the holidays. I made the dough, shaped them into logs and refrigerated them overnight. When I got ready to bake them, I made sure they were at room temperature. I used a cookie press and couldn't have been happier with the results. I'll definately be making these again.

Monkey Bread I

I made this over the weekend and I was very pleased with the results. The only changes I made was cooking it in a cake pan, because I don't have a bundt pan and not adding the raisins. I'll be making this again in the future.
