Beer Cheese Dip II

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
Honestly didn't like this at all. Threw it away after a party and realized it had been passed over. It was lumpy and nasty looking and smelling. The taste was far from appealing. I gave it two stars because I used a darker beer and that may have caused some issues but certainly not all. Sorry :(

Easy Caramelized Onion Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
I changed things up a little bit. I dredged the pork in seasoned flour. (Seasoning Salt, Black Pepper and Smoked Paprika) Instead of water, I added a 10 oz can of chicken broth and 1/4 c. of Cognac. (White wine would have worked well also) I let the broth come to a slow boil and then simmered them with no lid. I had 8 Boneless Pork Chops and used 3 onions. This was a great idea and have no doubt that the original idea would have been great. Thought it only fair I too add my additions.

Best Easy Chicken Croquettes

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2013
I had never made anything like this before, so much better then the bland croquettes from the local diners. Loved them with panko bread crumbs.

London Broil II

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2013
Very flavorful Marinade. I added a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to break down some of the toughness. Great on the grill. Will use this as part of my marinade rotation.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2013
I have been making this recipe for the last three years, since I first found it here. Friends demand it for football games, parties and potlucks and I have never made it for less then 50 servings. To simplfy things just a bit for myself I skip the roasted garlic step and just use Garlic Alfredo sauce and a half teaspoon of garlic powder. Always a huge hit. As an added bonus, if there are leftovers I stuff some of the cold dip into boneless chicken breasts and bake for about 20 minutes at 350. Super yummy.
