this recipe was so easy for me to make, because i am a teacher i find it hard to find time to bake for my family, but we were given all these lemons from a friend so i thought id make a lemon slice, but those recipes required condensed milk etc which i did not have at the time, then i cam across this recipe. i read the other reviews and suggest you definitely let the crust cool to room temp. and double the flour and add more lemons and zest so that the consistency is not runny but slow pouring consistency, almost like custard consistencty. this works well because it avoids the liquid running into the crust. its sets nice. awesome easy recipe
