Easy Broccoli Quiche

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Excellent and easy quiche. I did make changes per other reviews and had no problems with it being soggy. I used 3 eggs, 3/4 cup of milk and 1/2 onion. I also baked the crust before adding all the ingredients. I also had to bake for 45-50 minutes. With these changes, it turned out great.

Easy OREO Truffles

Reviewed: May 30, 2011
Made these for Memorial Day and they were a huge hit. Everyone thought they were purchased and not homemade. I made as directed; however I did freeze the balls before I dipped them for approx 30 minutes. Turned out GREAT. I also used only 4 cookies to sprinkle on top and had PLENTY left over. GREAT RECIPE.

This was excellent. I took the advise of others and replaced the beer with chicken broth and used 2 cans or Rotel tomatoes w/ green chili's. It turned out GREAT. I put a dab of sour cream and shredded cheese on top and then scream "KISS THE COOK". LOL. Thanks for the recipe.

I've made these twice and they are always a hit. I follow the recipe to a "T" and throw it into a crock pot for a few hours prior to serving. They always seem to be better the following day. Thanks for the recipe!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
I thought this was pretty good. I baked as directed but used half as much glaze as was called for. The cake was moist and had a nice flavor w/o being over-powered by the irish cream. Would recommend. Easy recipe! Thank you!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2008
I made this for a BBQ and it was the first appetizer gone! I layered this dip. First layer was the melted cream cheese and blue cheese dressing, then the chicken w/ texas pete's hot sauce and then topped with cheese. I baked in an 8x8 dish at 350 for 23 minutes. Came out perfect. Not greasy and ohhhh soooo delicious. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Punch

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2005
This was a huge hit! I served this punch at a baby shower and everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the flavor. I did cut the recipe in half and altered it a bit. I only added 1 cup of sugar vs. 1.5 cups, 4 cups of water, and an entire 2 liter of ginger ale to cut down the sweetness. Thanks for the great recipe!!!!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2004
I made this cheeseball for a potluck at work and out of the zillion desserts that were brought, this receipe went the fastest. I did put in an entire cup of powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, and a 1/2 tsp. of vanilla. Tasted just like cookie dough....Served with broken sugar cones, graham crackers, and chocolate wafers....Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2004
Sauce had good flavor. I'm glad I reviewed other ratings which suggested doubling the cans of tomatoes, cheese mixture, and cheese. It made it just right! I also covered the dish for 50 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes. Will keep this receipe and make again. Thanks Rosemary
