AWESOME! I left it JUST like the recipe because this was my first go-around at quiche. I followed the advice of someone else to push the mozzerella down against the dough, and it totally worked. I sprinkled just a bit of cheddar on top of the egg mixture at the very end, but I don't know if it really made a difference. The recipe is GREAT just like it is...and it's SO easy it inspires you to try it again with experimentation. =)

This recipe is excellent! I followed the recipe exactly, except I bought pre-shredded carrots. This Apple Cole Slaw will be a regular in our household.

Moroccan Lentil Soup

This was a good recipe. I used the suggestions from the reviewer: What a dish! and I really enjoyed this hearty soup. It happened to be cold outside too, what a bonus! My fiance wasn't crazy about this soup, but he isn't used to trying new things.

Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf

This is a wonderful recipe! A perfect compliment to a cup of coffee or hot tea. I used lemon flavored yogurt instead of plain and it had just the right amount of lemon flavor.
