One - Two - Three - Mexican Macaroni Salad
This had to be one of the easiest salads I ever made. And it tasted good too. I used medium shells instead of macaroni because I had it in my closet. Also, used Fat Free Mayo (and I always like to cut the calories). But I like a lot of flavor, so I also added about a half cup of chopped onion and a half cup of frozen corn. Also, put in about a Tbsp of chili powder for more Mexican flavor. Then right before serving, I sprinkled chopped cilantro on top. Yummy!! I will definitely make this again. And maybe use black beans as someone else suggested.

Spicy Party Pretzels
These pretzels were very easy to make (I'm glad I read the other reviews and baked these at 250 degrees for one hour). However, I like spicy foods but I didn't think this recipe had enough "kick", so I added another teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper and some Mortons Spicy Salt. Then they tasted great! Also, to save some calories, I cut the oil to 2/3 cup and added a little bit of water, then tossed in fat-free pretzels. I think the next time I make them, I may even cut the oil more.

Chocolate Martini III
Too chocolaty -- its better if you also put some Bailey's Irish Creme in this drink. And another suggestion would be to use Vanilla Vodka.
