Oven Fried Chicken III

This is a healthy way of cooking a delicious fried chicken. Everyone at home really enjoyed the food. The only thing I added to the recipe was the preparing method of the kitchen before coating it in bread crumb mixture. I placed the chicken pieces in a mixture of lemon juice, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder for 30 minutes. I also replace the mayonnaise with full scrambled egg. And finally the delicious chicken is ready :)

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

I changed the recipe a little bit based on the vegetables and spices I had. I filled the chicken breasts with barberry and cheese and dipped the breasts in a mix of saffron, lime, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. After Frying the Cordon Bleu in corn oil I transferred them in a tomato sauce with mushroom, bell pepper, and paprika. We really enjoyed the look and taste and we recommend to try cordon bleu this way also.
