The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This is one of the best Sugar Cookie recipes I've used. I did add almost 1/4 c powdered sugar to the mix, to make it a little sweeter and didn't roll out on flour, but instead powdered sugar (I hate floury bottoms on cookies). They were great sturdy cookies with good flavor. I will definitely use this recipe again!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

To Heather posted review on Jan 25, 2008 Did you use a margerine spread when making these cookies? Margerine spreads have a higher amount of water in them, which may have lead to it running like you said. Give this recipe another shot with butter & I can almost guarantee you that they will be perfect! My family used to constantly make these while I was growing up & I'm so excited to now find the recipe for it after all these years.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

OMG! I'm so excited...my family used to make these allllll the time while I was growning up & we had lost the recipe. Our normal variations were Vanilla pudding with chocolate chips and Chocolate pudding with White chocolate chips. I remember once making dozens & dozens with my aunt to send to my uncle that was away in the Navy. He said once his fellow submariners got a hold of them they were gone in a matter of an hour or two.

Cream Cheese Mints

The instant I saw this recipe I called my mom to the computer, my family has been making these as long as I can remember To those that say its too sticky, my mom says the recipe isn't calling for nearly enough powder sugar. If it is too sticky, simply add more of the p.sugar. If it is too minty for you, don't use the oil, use extract, or simply cut back on the oil. I made these last year & realized I only had Torani Peppermint syrup & used that instead, still came out great. Always, always a big hit!
