Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

How can something so easy be so good!? My dad, sister, and I have a cooking competition every two weeks to see who can make the best dinner, and this recipe won it for me! It is not a lie that this takes 15 minutes, and the 4 1/2 star review is not an exaggeration. It is important to note that you must mind your oven's variation on cooking times only for the sake of browner, more crispy mixture on top, not because the fish will not be cooked through. Also, I bought 3 tilapia filets, which I believe came to less than one pound (and the ingredients list says 2 pounds) but I still made the sauce like I was following the portion size on the recipe. I did not use the cheese-mayo-spice mixture lightly, either; I smothered it on those filets like they were some Waffle House hash browns. The sauce didn't overpower the fish; in fact, it was a perfect combination. I served the fish with some sauteed mushrooms, and BOOM, victory was mine, and it is glorious! :D
