Modifications - used only Marsala wine, no sherry. Didn't have sherry and didn't want to buy it for 1 recipe. I just used Marsala in it's place. Also, I doubled the recipe except for the butter and olive oil amounts. I kept those the same. Might have been oily if I had doubled. I can't imagine needing to add cream or milk for richness...the sauce thickened up well w/ the mushrooms and was SO flavorful. Will make again and again!
