Classic Macaroni Salad

This was my first homemade macaroni salad. I really liked it, even my husband who always tells me he doesn't like macaroni salad enjoyed it.....seconds even. I only used green pepper, red onion and cheddar cheese. And used 1/2 cup sugar. Sitting in the fridge for those 4 hours the pasta soaked up the dressing and it wasn't runny.

Anniversary Chicken I

Well, it just tasted like Teriyaki Chicken to me and my family. That flavor kinda took over. It looked good with the bacon bits and cheese. So, maybe I will up the Ranch and reduce the Teriyaki next time and not fry it in pan ahead of time. That made it so that the sauces would not stick and just slide off. The kids love Teriyaki so no loss, just not anything fabulous.

Unbelievably Easy Slow Cooker Black Forest Cake

So Easy and Sooooo Good. Enjoyed this with Vanilla Ice Cream, made exactly like recipe said and had no problems. This was a first for me making dessert in my slow cooker, but it won't be the last for me.....thanks for a nice recipe.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Super Good! I changed a few things. I used fresh Spinach it is so much more tender and less chewy. I also used an Italian blend cheese instead of just Mozz. And added mushrooms to onion and garlic saute. OMG! Whole family devoured.

Thumbprint Cookies I

Soooo Goood! I substituted the walnuts for almonds and cooked them a bit longer at a higher temp. They just didn't seem ready when I followed the recipe instructions. But, these are so easy and I will definitely make these again.

Italian Butter

So Gooooood! I didn't have Rosemary and not a big fan of it anyway so I eliminated it from my blend. Oh so tasty......don't hesitate to make this, your guests will be delighted.

Kelsey's Favorite Stuffed Green Peppers

I jazzed this up a bit. But the base recipe is a good one to work off of. I put in some real garlic, parsley and basil along with garlic salt and pepper into the "stuffing" for the peppers. Also, I did not pre cook the peppers. Just put a can of tomato sauce in bottom of pan and cut peppers in half and they cooked perfectly.

Yellow Squash Casserole

Delish! I used squash from my own garden which made it so nice to find a way to use them in a different way. This casserole is creamy and cheesy and I love it. Will definitely make this again!!!!

Potato Casserole

Yummy comfort food! Perfect side dish for a gathering or family dinner. I used O'Brian potatoes which were soooo good, they had onions and peppers already cut up with the potatoes. Easy, don't hesitate to try this.

Slow Cooker Beef and Mushroom Stew

It was good...but didn't make it as a stew. I used same amount of liquids then added some flour to thicken gravy. Made a pot roast out of it. It was good. My family enjoyed it.

Simple Country Ribs

This was my first attempt at ribs. My ribs were not falling off the bone as some other reviews said. But, the method of using the bbq sauce in the boiling water is a good flavorful idea. If I make ribs again I will try this recipe.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

It was good...nothing super tasty. I think I needed to marinade it longer maybe. It was good don't get me wrong but I was desired more flavor. But, give it a try it's a nice alternative to regular grilled chicken.
