My favorite things to cook
Chicken Marsala, Chicken Divan, Beef Wellington, Sheppards Pie, chicken pot pie , Marrinated Flank Steak' roasting or grilling. Veggis. from my garden ..
My favorite family cooking traditions
When ever any of the kids come home for a visit. mom always makes her Marrinated Flank Steak. and. Spaghetti to last for days. Dad is always good with. His eggs Benedict, and makes mine Vegan with sliced tomato and fresh spinach!
My cooking triumphs
All of the above. although my firstt Thannksgiving was a home run. Thanka to mom and mother in laws recipes with out own touches added
My cooking tragedies
My first Easter. Potatos Au Gratin. Almost burned down my kitchen. We had burgers at. Jimmy Johns! Then the self clearing oven feature did start the kitchen on fire and the oven wouldn't un latch. In a hotel for days!!!!!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Awesome!!! I added spicey chili beans, mexi-corn and used a mojo rotisserie chicken, shredded and put it in the slow cooker! When chili gets overused this will be a definite go to!
