Crescent Mummy Dogs

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2008
I made these for my daughter's Egypt day at school, and the kids loved them! I left out the cheese because one of the children had a milk allergy and they were still great. Also, I prepared them the night before and just baked them in the morning...worked great!!

Snowman Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2007
Very cute. We made these for my daughter's snowman themed birthday party. My daughters loved helping me decorate them and all the kids loved eating them! To save time, I bought the ready to bake sugar cookies that are already in circles, and we used store-bought white icing. Also, for some of the cookies we used the pull apart string twizzlers and made a small smile instead of the red dots. They were cute and tasted better to the kids. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cheddar Sausage Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2007
Very good and easy to make. I used about a cup and a half of cheese and this recipe made 12 regular sized muffins and 24 mini-muffins. I froze most of them and then warmed them up for a quick breakfast in the microwave on low power and they still tasted great.

Orange-Pecan Pork Roast

We made this for Christmas dinner and it was excellent. We spooned extra sauce over the pork after cooking. We forgot the onions, but it was still great!

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2006
This is wonderful. Sometimes I just use chocolate pudding (2pkgs), and I never put the whipped topping in the cream cheese layer. I think it's better that way. Great recipe!!!!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2006
My husband, who usually will not eat any kind of banana bread said, "These are the best muffins I've ever had." I didn't change anything. They were perfect! Thank you!

Vegetable Quiche Cups to Go

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2006
This is a great recipe. I like to double it and bake it in a medium casserole dish. I cut it in squares and freeze. (You do have to cook it a little longer this way.) Also, I always salt it and eat it with light cream cheese on it.

Egg Flipped Over

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2005
For a kid's recipe, I will give this 5 stars. My 2 year old gobbles is up, and even my egg-hating 4 year old ate it. I would suggest using a small skillet, the first time I made it in a large one and the egg spread out too far. Thanks for the idea!

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2005
Excellent!!! Very moist! I left out the coffee and decreased the butter by 25%. I made 48 mini-muffins and baked them for about 11 minutes. Also, just used a hand mixer instead of processor and it worked fine.

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

This is so easy to make and so yummy. I made mine several hours before, and it turned out perfect. I ended up using almost a whole box of graham crackers.

Anniversary Chicken I

Yummy! I used low-sodium soy sauce instead of teriyaki, because it was what I had on hand. My husband really liked it, it will become a regular at our house. Thanks!

Pork Chops with Italian Sausage

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2005
This is one of my favorites so far! I even prepared it the day before and then baked it the next night and it turned out great. I served it over spaghetti. Next time, I might try to double the sausage, mushrooms, and onion and then add a can of chopped tomatoes so that there will be more sauce to put over the pasta. Thanks so much Allana!

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

Excellent. I have used this recipe with regular white mushrooms and baby bella mushrooms and it tasted great with both. I used others suggestions and chopped up extra mushrooms instead of using the stems. Thanks for sharing!
