Lemon Dill Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2011
I've made this recipe many times now. It always turns out delicious and is a wonderful side dish to serve with seafood because of the lemon and dill.

This is a really great recipe. It's simple and always turns out tasty. I follow the directions of another reviewer and make the "broth" as she suggested.

I thought this was great. I omitted the bell peppers and added garlic and it was very tasty. Even the picky bf liked it.

This was good but didn't taste like lobster as other people have said. It is definitely worth making!

Clams Italiano

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2011
Actually, my boyfriend made this for my birthday dinner a few months ago. It turned out great, except that he didn't know you're supposed to soak the clams before cooking so they release all the sand and other grossness...I feel that should be added to the recipe instructions for newer cooks! Otherwise, great recipe as-is.

Manicotti Shells

These are definitely crepe shells. I made them with manicotti and had to throw out the whole batch.

Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2009
I just made these cookies and they are delicious! I used all the ingredients in the original increments and had no issues stickiness or a cardboard taste. They are the perfect consistency and taste just like bakery gingerbread cookies. I did follow the suggestions of other reviewers and rolled them out between parchment paper which reduces the total amount of flour--but they didn't need more than 2 cups anyway! These are definitely going into my personal recipe book. Thanks!

Hazelnut-Crusted Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
I've been making this recipe for a couple of years now and can't find one to top it! Every time I make it, everyone raves about it. You can also use almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc... I usually serve it with the Lemon Dill Rice recipe on this site and steamed carrots. Absolutely wonderful!

Fudge

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
This was an OK recipe. I should have read all the reviews and bought Ghiradelli chocolate chips instead of Nestle, I guess...other than that, CUT DOWN ON BUTTER! 1/4 of a cup is way too much. So much that when it cooled I had little pools of butter all over the top of my fudge. I won't be making this recipe again because I prefer a more old-fashioned type of fudge, but it didn't taste bad!

Lemon Filling

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2009
This is a very tasty recipe! I used it as a topping for crepes. I halved the recipe, used bottled lemon juice instead of fresh, and used only the egg white. I couldn't let it cool completely, but mixed it with the whipped cream anyway. Very delicious! I'll definitely be making it again.
