Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
This was delicious - as good as my great-grandma's recipe. It was very thick and creamy. I did make a few adjustments: I did not add butter. I used chicken broth instead of water. I also used one can on cream of celery and one can cream of chicken with herbs and only one can of biscuits. I cooked on high for the first 3 hours or so, until the chicken could be pulled apart, then turned it down to low, added the biscuits and cooked another 3 hours.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
Very good icing. I will definitely make it again. I think it may have been a little sweet for some people but I really liked it. It did not make nearly enough though. I had to make three batches to ice one sheet cake.

Salad with Prosciutto and Caramelized Pears and Walnuts
I really love this recipe, however, I change it up a bit when I make it. Last time I made it, I left out the prociutto and added some goat cheese. Instead of the dressing I just used balsalmic vinegar & olive oil. It was really good.
