Yum! Okay, so I made quite a few changes (as per other reviewers, and some of my own...). I cut the recipe to 5 servings, first of all, because I only had 1.3lbs turkey (how it's packaged here). Added a splash of soy and a splash of worcestershire to the mix, as well as a bit of tomato based chili sauce (like catsup, a couple of tablespoons). This made the mixture a little too wet so I also added a bit of quick oats (about 1/4-1/3 cup). With the extra stuff, this made 7 decent sized burgers. Cooked these on the grill - delicious! I will DEFINITELY make these again - once it's warm enough, they will likely become a weekly staple :) Would have been equally good without my additions, probably. Served on whole wheat buns with a little barbeque sauce. Thank you for this awesome recipe!
