Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2009
I served this with Whole-Wheat Penne, and I loved it! I froze half of the recipe to be enjoyed later, and it freezes very well. Thanks for the great recipe!

Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2009
This was an awesome recipe! Like others, I put half of the ketchup mixture on top of the loaf and half inside. It turned out great, very healthy for those of us doing weight-watchers, my boyfriend loved it, and we have plenty of leftovers for another meal.

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2005
Even after cutting the sugar down and using granny smith apples, it was still too sweet, I will not use this recipe again.

Chocolate Rum Balls I

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2004
Delicious! I made mine with just plain old Bacardi, but they turned out great! I'm "fermenting" them in the fridge now for a dinner party tomorrow night (although who says the chef can't sneak one two early?), I rolled them in sugar to start, but I'm gonna roll them in chocolate sprinkles before the party tomorrow. Thanks for the recipe!

Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2004
Waaaay to much tomato, I added a bunch of extra garlic, basil, and pine nuts and some extra balsamic and olive oil to cut down on the tomato paste flavor and it turned out alright, but I would not make this again.

Basic Flaky Pie Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2004
I never thought that I'd be able to make my own pie crust until I tried this one! It was so easy and so good, I used butter flavor Crisco and I made an apple pie with this recipe, perfect match!

Apple Crumble Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2004
Delicous! I made a few adjustments though, like suggested by other reviewers I tossed the apples with 1/4c of four, and I used 1/4c brown and 1/4c white for the sugars. I also used a full teaspoon of cinnamon, a dash of nutmeg, and 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla and than I tossed it all with the apples before placing them in the shell. I also used brown sugar in the crumble. Than I baked it for a full hour because the apples were still a crispy at the 40 minute mark. Turned out great! I used the basic flaky pie crust recipe and that was a perfect match!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2004
These cookies are perfect! To the few people who have said that the cookies come out hard: Are you baking them too long? because these could never be called hard the way I make them. I leave out the nuts but aside from that I make them just as the recipe says. These are perfect for mailing to loved ones far away, I've sent these to various brothers and cousins in Iraq numerous times and apparently they're still soft and chewy when they get there. Thanks for the great recipe!
