Best Steak Marinade in Existence

This is absolutely the very best marinade. I had never thought to marinate my steak but this blew me away. I will use this over and over.

Ginger Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
Awesome recipe! My 7 year old ate 4 of them before I had even finished making the batch. I followed other reviews advice and added 1 Tbsp white sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract & 1/2 tsp baking powder. I didn't have any lemon juice on hand, so I got tge idea to use Cream Cheese Frosting II found on this website. This was a fantastic variation. It made it sort of taste like a pumpkin roll which everyone in the family goes crazy for. Thank you for posting and I will be making these again and again.

This ia a great recipe. How wonderful for the person new to canning to practice. We have enjoyed these all winter and when ever I want to make more, all I have to do is to go to the grocery store.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
YUM. This was wonderful. I used Spicy sausage from my local butcher, frozen spinach and ham cubes. I was out of a few of the ingredients. I can see that the quality of your sausage would be very important in this recipe. This was perfect.

Taco Lasagna

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
I gave this 5 stars because I loved it, however, my family thought it was just ok. I used a mixture of sour cream and cream cheese for the filling between layers instead of straight sour cream. There were quite a few left overs, but I think it may have been because we had had tacos the night before and family could have been just mexicaned out. I will make again on another night and see how it goes over with them.

Potato Chip Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2008
This was a good way to use up left over chicken. We omitted the mayo, lemon juice, and water chestnuts. We added red bell pepper, diced, and garlic. I substituted Velveeta for cheddar and used left over cooked rice, so I didn't add the water either. It was tasty for sure, but I wish I had saute'd the veggies a little before adding them to casserole. I also used cheddar sour cream potato chips for the topping, though as an after thought I could have used Cheese Nips and had a slightly stronger cheese topping flavor.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
This was without a doubt the easiest pot roast ever. I used a can of chicken and mushroom soup since I didn't have two mushroom. I substituted 1 can beer for the water and added garlic powder, pepper, 1 large onion, and 4 small potatoes. The potatoes were really to soak up some of the salt just in case with all the canned and powered soups it was too salty.

Pan Fried Spinach

This was so simple and tasty. BE CAREFUL!!! If you add the garlic while your pan s too hot you will scorch the garlic making it bitter.

Carnitas Filling

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
I really liked this, although my husband and daughter kind of poo'd it. I served it with cornbread instead of tortillas which could be the reason they didn't really like it. I will keep this recipe and use it again but serve it in a more traditional way.

Wacky Mac

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2008
I took others advice and added a can of diced tomatoes with onion and garlic to give it a little more sauce. I also added garlic and cilantro. I did not add the corn, but served it with corn bread. I only used 8 oz of pasta, 16 oz was just over the top. I also substituted frozen mixed peppers for the green pepper. I really enjoyed this as an alternative to regular old chili.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
I did not care for this recipe. It sounded great. I had all the makings, but it looks inedible. I had to keep adding things to make it worthy to eat. I will never make it again. It was too thick and tasteless. It could be salvaged for the makings of a enchilada. If you decided to make this GOOD LUCK!!

Forever Fresh Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
Ok- I cheated A LOT!! I have to give the recipe 5 stars because I had never thought of coconut or corn flakes as an add in to oatmeal cookies. That said, I used oatmeal cookie mis from a bag and added about 1/2 of all the add ins. They were perfect. You can taste a little cinnamon from the mix still so I don't think it over powered anything else. Yummy to me!

Hobo Dinner

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2007
My grandma made this a lot when I was young, except she would put individual servings in a microwave safe pie plate (covered with saran wrap) with all the listed ingredients as well as celery. To this day, it still brings back great memories.
