Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2013
Our families favorite bar recipe. We use a variety of fillings, one of our favorites is pear sauce with a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon mixed in and butterscotch chips sprinkled over before covering with the top layer. Yum!

Followed the recipe, but the cake turned out dry and crumbly.

Alfredo Light

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2010
Love this recipe. Makes a yummy Alfredo sauce that doesn't make you cringe thinking of the calories. To get the sauce to thicken, I saute my onions in butter and add the flour to first before adding the milk. Never had a problem getting the sauce to thicken when making it this way.

Very yummy...can't get enough! Followed the advice of other reviewers and doubled the about of oats to 4 cups. Made for just the right amount of sweetness.

Applesauce Brownies I

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2010
Yum!! I made these last night and my brownie loving hubby declared them to be amazing. A couple of changes, I add 3 heaping tablespoons of cocoa powder(We like chocolate!). Also, I skipped the last step and just mixed the chocolate chips in with the batter instead sprinkling on top. When the brownies cooled, I spinkled powdered sugar over the top. These are getting made again...and again...for sure!

Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2009
Yum! I made these for a group of friends and everyone raved about them...including the kids! I made a double batch and divided the flour equally between white and wheat. Then I rolled the dough out and cut it into squares instead of circles. This gave the bisquits more of a scone look. We will be making this yummy treat again soon!

Applesauce Cake IV

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2009
Made this cake for my son's first birthday twice...once for family and once for his party. Everyone gobbled it up both times. I have since started making the recipe as muffins instead of cake. I use whole wheat flour instead of white and nobody in my house has noticed the difference!

Wow! This pie is oh so good, but oh so rich! My hubby, who has a big sweet tooth, could only manage a couple bites!

Mom's Applesauce Pancakes

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2007
This is our absolute favorite pancake recipe! We make these probably 3-4 Saturdays a month. I have made a few changes to make the pancake a little healthier and more filling. I use 1 cup Bisquick and 1 cup Buckwheat pancake mix. This combination makes for a hearty, not to gritty pancake! Thanks for a great recipe!
