School Lunchroom Cafeteria Rolls

These rolls are really light and fluffy but I did agree with others that they could use a little extra salt. Needed just a little more flavor.

Lyonnaise Potatoes

This is a good basic recipe. Next time though I will follow the advice of some others to spice it up a little and maybe even add a little cheese on top.

Grilled Salmon I

This is fantastic. I don't usually eat baked salmon but really liked this. Served to company and everyone gave it two thumbs up. Followed the recipe except used lemon juice instead of lemon pepper seasoning and did it in the oven in foil packets at 425 as some had suggested. Definite keeper.

Scrumptious Chicken

This was really very good. I did put the chicken in the dish and then just spread the soup all over the top. Used shredded cheese like some others. Also used spray butter to make sure stuffing evenly covered. Couldn't have been easier. Will definitely make this again.

Mozzarella Chicken

I did as some others and used shredded mozzarella and also substituted chicken broth for the wine. It was the most moist baked chicken ever. Great flavor. We loved it and will definitely have again. Thanks for a great recipe.

Pan Fried Catfish Filets

Maybe it was me, I doubled the recipe because I had to serve eight and it was way too much cayenne. I also cut the fish in strips so maybe too much batter per strip. Half of my guests could not eat the fish because it was so spicy. Good thing I also had chicken strips.

Velveeta® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Thought this was pretty good. I did as some suggested and put a little less cheese. It was extrememly easy to make for a quick meal. Will definitely cook again.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Very good. Made these to go with grilled pork tenderloin when having company. Everyone went back for seconds and some for thirds. I did bake at 350 and uncover the last 30 mins to brown as some had suggested and salt and peppered each layer of potatoes. My guests all agreed - keeper.
