Fluffy Pancakes

eh...they were just okay to me. Nothing to rave about in my opinion.

Dilly Spoon Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2011
VERY tasty! Try not to change anything. I always follow recipes on here as closely as possible ( I hate it when people give a recipe a poor rating and come to find out--they changed everything!) The ONLY difference I had....is I didn't have any dried dill weed on hand, just fresh dill sprigs. So I did a quick search and was told that 1 Tablespoon of fresh dill is the equivalent of 1 teaspoon of dried. Maybe this will help someone i don't know. TRY it! I think you'll be pleasantly surprised!

Great Grandad's Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2005
These cookies are the BEST! They taste exactly like Lofthouse Cookies! (they might be regional, sorry if you haven't had them) I am throwing away all of my other sugar cookie recipes for this one! Everyone I gave them to called me back to tell me how awesome they are. I didn't change a thing except I had to add more flour to roll them out...I didn't even have a rolling pin either I just patted them out with my hands and smoothed them over. Anyone who says they had a problem with the dough being sticky or bland are apparently not very good bakers and/or are .

Hawaiian Bread III

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2004
there's no doubt in my mind that this bread was delicious! BUT (there's always a but...) I think I would have prefered to save the trip to the grocery store to get walnuts, coconut, and pineapple and just made plain ol' banana bread because that's what it pretty much was!

I use splenda instead of sugar for a fairly low carb cookie!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2004
This recipe is definitely a hit at summer gatherings BUT....Why go through all the trouble with the tortillas, the cinnamon sugar & turning on your oven when it's hot out...when you can just buy a 99 cent bag of Churritos from the local gas station????? Also, next time I think I'll add some different colors to the mix like blueberries or black berries perhaps?
