Ghirardelli® Chocolate-Almond Berry Bark

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2010
I changed this recipe a lot but it was still great. I mixed dark and milk chocolate chips (1/2 and 1/2) since I love dark chocolate. I also used dried cherries instead of cranberries. The bark came out awesome and was a huge hit. Will definitely use again.

Lemon Blueberry Bread

Good recipe. Very easy to make although I almost forgot the lemon and had to stir it in at the end.

Hasty Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2009
Excellent recipe. I love homemade pudding but hate sitting at the stove stirring forever. Will make over and over. If it is too chocolately or bitter for you, stir in a couple tablespoons of peanut butter when still hot.

Country Apple Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2009
Yes the recipes sounds a little weird but is actually really great! I followed the changes that other people suggested and cut back the sugar and used brown sugar. I also used gingerale instead of Mt. Dew. They taste great with a wonderful sauce. Have passed this recipe on to my friends.

Takes good! I made it on the stove and used a whole egg with leftover Chinese rice. Very easy.

Chocolate Cream Pie I

Although the chocolate flavor was good, I thought the pie was very sweet and rubbery.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
This is an awesome recipe. I used a butter cake mix and extra crushed pineapple. The only problem I had is the top cake split open when I stacked it. I should have trimmed down both cakes so they would sit evenly. My family didn't care though. The cake was actually better the next day.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
Awesome. I also left out the mini chocolate chips. I've never made a cheesecake with condensed milk but it was great. No cracks. Great recipe. Will definitely make it again.

Little Mickey's Favorite Cheesecake

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2008
Made this for Christmas. It was a big hit. I did have one problem. The crust seemed to have a lot of butter in it leaked out of my springform pan. I would actually decrease the amount of butter if I made it again. I also added chopped Reese's PB Cups and made a chocolate ganache for the top.

T. T.'s Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
These are always a hit every time I make them. I usually throw the Peanut Butter Cups in the freezer for a while so they are easier to chop. Everytime I give out the recipe to friends, I always wonder who T.T. is.
