Eclair Cake
I tried this recipe for a friends birthday and it didn't work out at all for me. It turned out soupy, literally liquid was spilling from it and I put it in the refrigerator overnight and again when I got to work hoping it would harden up. Not so. I think maybe put 1 cup of milk in and stir everything together and maybe another cup of milk, but I wouldn't do 3 again, it just did not set for me at all. I will try it again, just because of all the rave reviews... I will do a cup of milk at a time next time though.

Sausage Jalapeno Poppers
We've made these for years, but as a suggestion, instead of regular cream cheese, use pineapple cream cheese. OH so good. My husband thought I was crazy years ago when I did this, but him and his friends will not even make them now without the pineapple cream cheese. Everyone loves them, from kids to adults.

Cranberry Sauce
First time cooking Thanksgiving dinner... made this and it was a HUGE hit. I usually make my food as is, then change the recipe, but since this was gonna be for Thansksgiving, I changed it a bit first time out. Used 1/2 cup oj, 1/2 cup water, everything else is the same.. and it was GOOD! I don't like cranberry sauce, but I ate this one. And everyone loved it, even the two other people that don't like cranberry sauce! Very easy, made it in the AM and put it in the refrigerator until about 30 minutes before all the food was ready!
