I only cook healthy recipes and avoid processed foods as much as possible because they affect my mental health and I believe a poor diet leads to chronic disease.
If you ever find yourself dieting or asking yourself, Why exercise? Why eat healthy? The answer is Longevity! When you eat healthy and exercise, you lower your risk or chronic disease, and are more likely to live longer!
I recently became a vegetarian and often eat vegan meals so my recipes are healthy, low-calorie, and low-fat.

Meat! I've only been a vegetarian since January of 2013. Every time I cooked meat it was a disaster. Flavorless, dry, possibly rotten at times... Maybe that's why I switched to vegetarian and vegan dishes! Healthy Recipes without meat can still be incredibly tasty!
