Mountain Apple Cobbler
Very good overall but a little cloying if one follows the recipe exactly. I recommend using a lot less sugar and it would be a good idea to cut up the apple wedges as well. It was just easier to maintain the crescent shape that way -- if you're concerned about aesthetics of course. I also plan to use something other than Mountain Dew next time. It added unnecessary sweetness, which was ample already. Perhaps a lemon lime soda that's more tart and less sweet would work better.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
My favorite appetizer! Very easy to put together and delectable! I didn't add any salt since the recipe calls for sun dried tomatoes which were pretty salty already. I also used artisan bread with garlic cloves which was a great improvement. Everyone loved it!

Pineapple Cobbler
Delicious! I used a lot less butter, which did not detract from the taste and which ended up having the additional benefit of a better appearance. No burnt crispy edges because of the extra butter. Thank you for this! It's a great success every time!
