I was really excited for this after reading reviews. But, sadly, it was not that good. Maybe I did something wrong? I followed this recipe exactly as directed and after adding only half the Parmesan the safe was gritty and tasted terrible. I had to substitute milk for heavy cream, add salt and pepper and shredded mozzarella to cut the harshness of the cheese. If you like it sharp then this may be good. But I'd recommend using more mozzarella than Parmesan or maybe a milder cheese. Fresh Parmesan was too sharp and gritty for my taste. So, it's possible I did something wrong. But was very disappointed. I'll try again with some other cheese options and see.
