Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2013
This was an absolutely perfect for Sunday night football! We served it along pulled pork sliders, but the coleslaw was the surprise hit of the night. We had a large group, so I double the recipe. Like others suggested, I cut back the sugar some (used apx 3/4 cup) and for my crew, I added a pack of diced bacon to the dressing before mixing with the cabbage. It was delicious, and even with doubling the recipe there were hardly any leftovers. I got several requests to pass along the recipe to other families, and will be making again for sure! :)

Sloppy Joe Pockets

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2013
My family absolutely loved these. It's one of their new favorites dinners, and first one the list when the old "what should we have for dinner tonight?" is asked. I added some shredded cheese inside each one, and its always a hit. Thanks for sharing :)

Oven Baked Jambalaya

Reviewed: May 18, 2013
This was AMAZING!! Quick side note here, my husband is black and I am as white as a white girl can be lol. The only time I've had jambalaya was at a big family get together, using the "secret family recipe" and it was delicious. I'm not a great cook (nor do I have the family recipe), so I've been super intimidated to try to make jambalaya before...but this recipe is fantastic (possibly even better than the family secret, but shhh don't tell them that!). It was a tremendous hit, I made my own seasoning (thanks for including the link, it was a huge help)and couldn't be happier. Just enough spice to keep it authentic, but even my little ones, age 2 and 3, ate seconds! My older boys are already requesting I make it again next week. Safe to say, this ones a crowd pleaser and definitely a keeper! Thank you sooooo much :)
