Glazed Meatloaf I

This is a great recipe to use as a guideline. I love the tangy/sweet sauce and like that it uses bread, not packaged breadcrumbs (which I never buy). I don't use the bouillon granules. Sometimes I add either green pepper or scallions. One thing I always do is use 1 pound ground beef and 1 pound sausage, which really gives the meatloaf a fantastic flavor and texture. If you're a fan of rosemary, the addition of this herb really brings the recipe to entirely different level. My boyfriend and I love it!

Pizza Dough III

I think this recipe is great! I do only use 3/4 cup of water and pre-cook the dough at 450 degrees . I also add oregano and garlic to the dough mixture for extra flavor.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Excellent! I butterflied the chicken breasts and folded them over and secured with toothpicks after putting the filling inside.

Escarole and Beans

Absolutely amazing! I added about a cup of tomato sauce and sprinkled parmesan cheese on it at the table. With these tweaks it's just like the escarole and beans at our favorite Italian restaurant!

Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce II

Delicious! I only cooked 2 chicken breasts but used the same amount of ingredients as listed for the sauce. I also added some flour and a little bit of milk to the sauce, and cooked the chicken in it for a few minutes. It was so good, my boyfried actually picked up the plate and started licking the rest of the sauce off of it.
