Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Great weeknight recipe! I used white wine vinegar because I didn't have any red wine vinegar. It was still very good but I would recommend cutting down on the sugar a little if you use that substitution. I served over egg noodles. The whole family loved it and made left overs!

Mediterranean Quinoa Salad

Very good! I left out the chicken and added cucumbers, subbed green onions for red onion, yellow bell pepper, and halved cherry tomatoes, hearts of palm. Didn't really adhere to quantities in recipe - just made a huge batch. I also didn't use this dressing, I used another greek dressing recipe from this site. Yummo! Definitely adding this one to the rotation.

My Best Clam Chowder

Perfect for fall & winter nights! It makes a ton of chowder. I also increased the clams to 3 cans minced clams and 2 cans of whole clams. I also used clam juice instead of water (it took the whole 8 oz. bottle). I took other users advise and browned 5 strips of bacon before sauteed the vegetables and crumbled the bacon & chives over the top when served. I will use a little more bacon next time and maybe even one more can of clams. It was fabulous! Thank you!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

This bread is fabulous! I make it evey fall! I usually use 2 cups of white sugar & 1 cup brown sugar. I also add raisins. Delish! Thank you for sharing!
