Romesco Sauce

This was wonderful! My only change was that I used half the vinegar. I served it over ravioli with fresh rosemary on top. Yummy!

Yummy! I halved the recipe, put it in a frozen pie crust & covered it with phyllo dough brushed with olive oil. I was impressed. I didn't miss the creaminess of frozen pot pies at all. Very flavorful.

Apple Crisp II

This was fantastic! I added 3/4 cup pecans to the topping, used 1/4 cup water, & tossed the apples in the cinnamon & sugar mix. I used granny smith apples & it was still a little too sweet for my taste. I'll cut down the sugar next time.

Wonderful recipe, except it is absoutely necessary to double the liquid. I did so and on the second day it still had absorbed almost all of it.

Asian Chicken Salad

Wonderful! Changes I made was to triple the sauce, one part to marinate the chicken & two parts for the dressing, used store bought noodles, & I added mandarin oranges, carrots & celery. Very easy & tasty!
