Chicken Tortilla Soup I

I have to give this recipe at least three stars because I did follow some of the ingredients per all the other reviews I read on here. I did change the amount of chili powder to 4 tsp., I added the taco seasoning. I used great value; taste just like old el paso, I omitted the hominy beans, and oregano. I substituted the condensed chicken broth to 4 cups of chicken stock or broth. I added a capful of white cooking wine, added diced red and green pepper (as I've seen used in most chicken tort soup recipes), added the 2 tsp. of cumin and this soup was absolutely delicious. Topped with fresh cilantro, hint of lime juice, diced avocado, and sour cream. I also cut up some corn tortillas and fried my own strips. Outstanding!!

Sheryl's Baked Potatoes

I really liked this recipe. You obviously have to know what your doing. I was able to slice the potatoes all the way down with no additional utensils for help. I did use the soaking method it helped a little bit. I was kind of hungry and impatient and unsure of how long to soak them. I pressed fresh garlic in between the pockets and put my seasonings in the melted butter mixture (oh soo good). I used the salt free herb mix, garlic and onion powder, sea salt, pepper and a dash of paprika. The flavor was evenly distributed through the whole potato. Wrapped it and baked half the time like one user said. I didn't have Parmesan so I used provolone and mixed it with a sargento 3 cheddar blend baked it was so delicious. The only thing I would have done different was bake the potato a little longer I like mines to be really really soft but it was well baked.
