Rolling Fondant
Wow! So easy to make and fun to work with once you use plenty cornstarch to prevent sticking. I used 2 lb sugar because that's how the bags are even though that should be a little less than the amount required. It was perfect. First time ever making fondant and using it too, I followed instructions exactly, used paddle attachment in stand mixer, it was a lot of work for my poor mixer tough. I then gathered into a ball and dusted with cornstarch and wrapped in plastic wrap to place in fridge.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
Baked for much shorter time like 2 hrs on 350 f because my oven has a problem and couldn't go lower. Ugh now dinner will have to be reheated since it was ready since 4:00

Portobello Mushroom Burgers
I think it would have been yummy if I didn't spoil it with Gruyere but i'm not even sure. It just wasn't great :( I would definitely try again with a different cheese, there was no provolone in the supermarket unfortunately. If anyone can advise on salt amounts I would be grateful because I wasn't really sure.
