NO YOLKS® Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2015
Good flavor, but I agree the tuna is not so strong on this one. I liked the creaminess and the crunch on the top. So surprised how well the noodles hold up and keep the shape, and don't get mushy. I really want to only use these noodles for casseroles and soups in the future.

Salted Caramel Pecan Sticky Buns

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2014
So good, so sweet. This was a great recipe. I added a sprinkle of salt on top of the sticky buns to cut the sweetness a bit but it was a great Sunday treat. Really good hot, so microwave if necessary.

Banana Bread from Mott's®

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2014
This was a little dense for me and I guess I prefer a sweeter banana bread, but it went over well with my house guests!

Slow Cooker Butternut Squash Soup with Sausage

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2014
This was really good and simple, I did add onions in the beginning but I think it would be great without too. Thanks for the recipe PAM!

Modern Pasta e Fagioli

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2014
I enjoyed this recipe, although being half black I felt I had to cook the collards much longer than 10 mins, more like 40. Next time i might use less pepper flakes.

Cucumber Orange Carrot Juice

Reviewed: May 7, 2014
I enjoyed this, the carrot was the star. But I think the recipe might be improved with an addition of a stalk of celery and a bite of either ginger or a dash of cayenne pepper. Overall, its a recipe I would repeat.

Peach and Mint Juice

Reviewed: May 7, 2014
Of course I cheated and used a juicer, and the technique really does make the juice. When I juiced it, the mint flavor didn't come thru and that is what I really wanted. I also think I could have chosen a better quality peach, I think that would have added the extra sweetness.

Apple Squash Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2013
I made the vegan version (water for broth and olive oil sub for butter) and was wanting a bit more kick. Flavors were great but a little too subtle for me. I added 1/2 tsp minced ginger 1/2 tsp cinnamon and salt/pepper to taste and it really elevated the flavor. Great simple recipe for fall.

Authentic New Orleans Red Beans and Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2013
This is the boyfriend's favorite so far and I use it as a guide line. Instead of the ham hock/ shortening I put in a good amount of bacon fat which is something I normally just have in the fridge. Such an easy meal to prep in the slow cooker, that's what I love the most!

I was unfortunately unimpressed, the favor is fine, but not to the strength I was looking for and I definitely added more rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. not bad but not amazing

Mojito Sorbet

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2013
Yumm! I used even less lime just over 1/4 cup and more mint 1 cup like the other reviews it was awesome (I was looking for more of a sweet effect) plus I added another TBSP of rum and it was Perfection. It is such a great palate cleanser, nice and refreshing!
