Chocolate Yummies

These were so/so. Imagine a rice crispy bar on top of marshmallow with a piece of gram cracker--that's all it was :\

Ranch Dressing II

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2009
I am NEVER buying ranch dressing ever again! This is the best! I also added some oil as others recommended, and that cut down the mayo taste. WONDERFUL!

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
Hands down, the best fench toast I have ever made. I added my normal french toast ingredients to the egg mix (vanilla, brown sugar, allspice), but the was the technique that made all the difference! I also let it sit overnight and flipped over the bread in the morning. This is AMAZING!! I want to make breakfast for everyone with this recipe now!!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
I loved this recipe, but the "better-half" wasn't won over with it, so I can only rate as a 4 star. Regardless, the cream cheese was the key to achieving a wonderful texture, and didn't affect the taste (in my opinion).

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2009
Great tasting bread. I added extra salt as some of the other reviewers recommended, but the bread still did not rise very well - I think it might be my machine. Regardless, the taste of the bread is wonderful and I'm going to make french toast tomorrow morning with the bread. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2006
It came out good for me. I had to heat up the chocolate chips a lot to get them runny enough to swirl, but it worked out. Also added some salt and butter to the chocolate chip mixture. The fudge itself came out so creamy and soft - it's the best recipe I've used this year for fudge.

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2005
Came out really well! Since the recipe made so much, I split it in half and froze half of it for a later date. I did add more spinach for texture. The mayo and the sour cream could be reduced slighty (if you prefer sour cream, then just add less mayo and visa vera!) Came out so good!
