Low-Fat Berry Squares

I got this recipe from the Kraft Foods magazine and it's wonderful. It's great for the summer, and it's cool and refreshing. YuM!

King Ranch Chicken Casserole I

This was a big hit with both me and my hubby! I followed the recipe, only differences were I used a store-bought Rotisserie Chicken and a can of Rotel instead of plain tomatoes and green peppers. I also sauted the chopped onion with a few minced garlic cloves in olive oil before adding them to the soups. This ensured they weren't still "crunchy" since the casserole only bakes for 25 mins. I baked it at 325. Definitely a repeater!

Molasses Sugar Cookies

Oh my gosh, these are fabulous! I followed the recipe exactly, and they came out great! The red and green sugar really makes them look festive for Christmas. My hubby and preschooler are enjoying them fresh out of the oven as I write this :)

Black Beans and Pork Chops

Fabulous and SOOOO easy! I seasoned with chili powder, garlic powder and a little seasoned salt. Served with corn and rice and got rave reviews from my family!

Spaghetti Carbonara

This was a quick, yummy recipe. I also added garlic to the eggs, and used olive oil instead of butter (it was still really greasy). Omitted the cheese because we aren't big fans of it. Yum!

Best Salmon Bake

Easy and delicious! I substituted garlic salt for salt, added some basil on top and baked for 20 mins. My husband and toddler loved it!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

These were delicious! I did as others said and increased the Cinnamon and Sugar dip by a T and tsp. respectively. And cooked for 8 mins exactly. Perfect!

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

This salad is fabulous! I followed the recipe, only ommitting the cheese, and adding some fresh spinach and pecans instead of cashews. Everything else was the same and soooo good! I also used fresh lemons for the juice (3) and the dressing came out great. Very different from anything else I've ever made, everyone loved this!

A Good Easy Garlic Chicken

This was a fabulous, easy and quick dish to make! My husband and toddler both gobbled it up--they are a picky crowd! I followed others suggestions and used fresh garlic and onion with the butter before I put the chicken in. I seasoned the chicken with Lawry's Seasoned Salt. At the end, after the chicken was out, I added some chicken broth to the pan and some more butter and flour to make a gravy, and served it over some mashed potatoes along side the chicken. YUMMY! Definately a repeater :)

Roasted New Red Potatoes

This recipes comes out PERFECT! I always line my pan with foil to cut down on the clean-up. My husband loves them and they are especially great as a side dish to steaks on the grill! Definately a keeper!

Cranberry BBQ Chicken

This was a great, different dish! I wasn't sure how it would turn out given the unique ingredients, and my husband was especially skeptical. But it turned out really good, I followed the recipes, except I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cooked for a little less than 90 min. It's a repeater!

Easy Shake and Bake Chicken

This was a very easy and yummy recipe. My husband and I loved it. I used chicken breasts too. I did add some onion and garlic powder but I think next time I'll add a little more paprika too because it wasn't quite "season-y" enough for us. Also took others tips and lined my pan with foil which made for a no-mess clean-up!
