Lemon Fluff Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2007
This is a really good cake, I served to my family and they all loved it. I followed the directions and used two 10 inch cake pans along with the Lemon custard filling from the "Lemon cake with Lemon filling, and Lemon butter icing recipe, and sprinkled the to with powered sugar. Chilled it and served for dessert! Will make again!

Couple of changes, omited beer, didn't have any, I used white beans instead of brown, my preference, only used 1 large chicken breast. My 9 year loved this!

I made a few changes, used asiago cheese, no swiss, added hogie ham (cappacolli ham) roasted/grilled my own peppers. Serve at a progressive party as part of appetizers spread...this was a MAJOR HIT!!! Thanks for the great recipe.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2004
I think this is a great soup! I as usual changed a few things. First I do not precook the rice, I added olive oil to pan, and cooked the chopped onion, carrots, celery and rice for about 10 min. Than I added the broth, lemon juice, 1/2 cup white wine, and 1 can of "Creamed Chicken soup" instead of the butter and flour. I used only FOUR egg yolks. I also did not add more chicken. Prepared this way my boys really liked it - a good thickness, but not too thick. Really GOOD!!!

Hamburgers and Ketchup Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2004
I tried this based on the 4 star overall rating, I am not really sure what to say about it. If you like sweet meatloaf, then you will like. The mini loafs I made were very moist, almost too moist, a mushy consistency. I don't know how to improve, but will not be a keeper.

Marinated Veggies

Reviewed: May 29, 2001
This was really good, the only change I made; instead of placing veggies directly on grill, I placed them on a baking rack inside of a large metal roasting pan, than I placed them on the grill. I roasted on med-high for about 15 mintes. They were wonderful!!
