Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Potato Chips

I spent the afternoon making these chips. I followed all the directions specified and did not change anything. They turned out soggy and gross. I ate a few but they were worse than anything I've had in a long time.

Potato Cheese Soup

This recipe got big raves at my dinner party tonight! I used the recipe adjuster to work to serve 10 people. It called for a little over 1/4 of a cup butter. I added 1/2 cup butter. Instead of adding 4 cups of milk, I added 3 cups of milk and 1 cup half and half cream. I skipped adding pepper. Substituted celery for green bell pepper. I was amazing! I wish I had done a double batch!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Thank you for this! Your recipe is a huge hit at bbq's and potlucks. I found a picture, I had a helper!(note the iced green squiggly one!) you can sort of see the cupcake but more the icing.. I didn't have cocoa powder so I used a little hot chocolate mix (I know probably not recommended). I also only had rice vinegar, so I used a smaller amount. I also was out of vanilla so I substituted with almond extract. I ran out of red food coloring so they weren't very red, more pinkish haha but they still tasted amazing! I didn't mean to change the recipe so much!

Dana, this is amazing stuff, people go crazy over it! Of course so do I, so I only make it when others will be around to eat it too! I love shortcut cooking or baking and this by far is a winner! Thank you for this great recipe!

Sesame Noodles

This is the same recipe to a noodle dish I would always order as a kid. It was at a cute little Japanese restaurant and since the cook moved, I never thought I would eat this again. The only changes in the recipe that I made are: - no garlic (had to go somewhere later) - no onion (same reason) - no chili sauce
