Best Carrot Cake Ever

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2004
This is an amazing cake! I used this cake for the bottom layer of my wedding cake, and five minutes after we cut the cake, it was gone. Everyone was raving about it! I have made it for several occations now, and it has always been a hit.

Best Cheesecake on Earth

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2004
I think this is a great and easy to make cheesecake. I used skim milk ricotta and low fat cream cheese and sourcream, and used bulk splenda (or any sugar sub for baking)and you get a great dessert with less fat and calories. If you dont tell anyone its lower fat-no one would be able to tell

South Of The Sea Chicken and Bananas

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2004
This was a great recipe, I changed it a bit, by placing 1 cup of shredded coconut in the food processor and chopping to a fine grind and adding that to the breading crumbs. I also deep fried the bananas, but the chicken was much better and moist when baked. I was really surprised that everyone loved them, especially the banana!

Flourless Chocolate Cake I

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2004
This is the best chocolate fix around!! To make it a bit more exciting, try using orange juice instead of water and add the zest of one orange, or use cranberry juice and add sliced cranberries just before pouring into pan.....

German Chocolate Cake III

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2004
This was an excellent cake, and easy to make. I found it easier to use 1 (12oz) can of cond. milk (instead of 8 oz), 1.5 cups sugar (instead of 1 cup)and 4 egg yolks (instead of 3)for the frosting, I also added a bit more vanilla, coconut and pecans. What a great cake!!
