Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with the first round of this recipe. The crust was crumbly and never set properly. The coconut was impossible to spread, as was the chocolate. So here is how I did it on round two. I used no sugar and 1 cup of butter for 2 cups of graham crumbs. I sprinkled the coconut on top of the crust and then poured the condensed milk over that. I then sprinkled the chips on it and let it sit in the oven after I turned it off and then gently smoothed the top with a icing spatula. End of the day, this is a great concept for a recipe, but the directions as is are a little impractical.
